Massive overhaul.

Tue Feb 3, 2009, 10:58 AM
I will be updating the images in my gallery soon; I learned some new Photoshop techniques and I would like to do some new things to my work, some subtle, some not so much.

Basically, all of my work will be deleted so replacements can be uploaded. I may not replace everything, though.

Update, about three months later: No progress made. Eventually. Maybe.

Oh, did you? Thank you.

I have come to regard my gallery as mostly scraps, to be honest. I will one day do something about that, I hope.
:) It's all perception..I think sometimes artists are way too hard on themselves!

Hey :) Nice gallery - I really liked ';Point of Impact'. It's beautiful the way you can see through the clouds down onto the water, and everything is that glorious purple - like some kind of alien world :)

Thanks for sharing your work!

I like your EarthBound references, you should have a folder for them in your gallery and perhaps use a more game-like font. I'm not sure if someone has made an EarthBound font but I know there is a Secret of Mana font out there.
Hidden by Owner
No, there is one, it it is just that my version of Photoshop is ridiculously temperamental in its choosing to read certain fonts. Ghh, I gave up after like fifty attempts but I suppose you are right, I will put up a new folder full of Photoshopped parody and keep trying the new font.

Hmm, perhaps we should make an EarthBound font.

Hmm, strike that, I just found EarthBound fonts: [link]
Wow, so we're going the run of photography. Nice! As for "god", I would like a copy if you can send one :3

Took long enough for a reply! You need to focus on dA more, although truth be told I now log in like once every couple of weeks to dump another stash of photos, it seems.

I will upload your rendition to my page, so save it and let me know when you have it so I can remove it from my page since it is not mine in the first place. Also, I find it funny you mention how you may spend more time on dA since kicking your WoW addiction because mine is now back in full-force. Fuck social lives.

Wait, which, youre DA of WOW addiction? I pray you mean Deviant..

Though, in all honesty I started spending less time on this site when my subscription ran out. There's just something all-too aggrevating about trying to shirt through hundreds of new images and being unable to view a simple thumbnail.

I have been doing WoW, among other things. Mostly WoW, though. There needs to be more time in a day, simply put.

WoW you say. I WoW too.. what server(s)?

I like [link] , the colors are amazing and the tree too

congrats, nice work :D

Thank you! I took about fifty photographs and only a few with a tungsten filter; this was the only one with the tungsten filter I felt like keeping after narrowing done fifty-something to seven.

I have been/am working with music a bit more than visual arts so I may not post anything new here for a bit...
Hidden by Owner
Most likely, because I recognize you, too. You work at Rite Aid, correct?
Hidden by Owner
Not at all. I stopped that the first few days of January as a New Year's resolution--I work for the US government now.
Hidden by Owner
Ah, interesting, and good for you. I must have seen you working before January then. I hope you're enjoying your new occupation.

I should probably be going now, maybe we'll talk again soon.

Goodnight!
"First Violet" is a really lovely photo.
